How to make Siri bilingual?

I’m bilingual like my entire community and Siri can’t understand when I pronounce French names or places when I’m speaking English. Moreover when I’m driving I need to be able to ask Siri to send text messages in French for work but also English messages. Currently he can only message in English otherwise I have to set him to French always for everything which I don’t want to do as I’m British. Google assistant can do this so why can’t Siri?
