There are a few albums in iTunes that are listed as compilations even though all the songs are by the same artist. I uncheck compilations and save it. It moves out of the compilations list but, within seconds, the box is checked again and listed as a compilation.
Are you talking about the Apple Music service, or the Apple Music app? If you have the Apple Music service you may need to download the tracks to local storage before you can change the metadata. Changes might not stick if you are using AirPlay at the time.

This didn't work. The songs are ones that are in Apple Music and not ones that I own. I've been able to change the song info in the past but, for some reason, I can't anymore.
Albums listed as compliation. I uncheck box and it reverts back to checked.
