When mac wakes up, my display picture is broken, falling apart

Hello!

If the computer wakes up from sleep, sometimes, 1 out of 20 times, the display on my monitor is broken, falling apart, moving pixels everywhere, I can't see anything from the login screen, just the wallpaper colors, pixelated and moving fast.

If I detach and reattach HDMI cable to the Mac, it solves the problem.

Nothing happens if I detach and reattach HDMI cable on the monitor's side.

Any ideas?
