I have asked this question, I was in touch with iPhone provider here yesterday. We did all the things that were suggested here and online with provider. An important call was sent to me 11:15 AM ( iPhone 16 updated) while I was online with the network modem within 36" I did not get the ring, but I did get one from that provider 2 hrs later.

On the 16 series you can change the Mute button to something else. Go to Settings/Action Button and set it to something other than Silent mode.
The Action Button cannot be accidentally pressed, however, as you must hold it for 2 seconds to change its status.

I’ve been to that. Done all that I can. I missing calls. I think the silence button on iPhone 16 is easy to accidentally tap it. Is there a way to get thescreen have an icon that would let me know?
Is there a help? An app that could be added or a tag on the face of the phone that signs up when I open the phone
