FCPX 11 audio doubled issue

I've updated my FCPX to 11th version and now every now and then when i playback my projects i hear that the audio is doubled. It has weird metallic feel. When i press pause and then playback again it dissapears. But it reappears in rendered project. I uploaded a youtube video and found lots of comments about the doubled audio in some parts of the video, but there is nothing wrong with the project.

It is probably not a coincidence that at that point in the timeline, and at around 33:10 also, there are two copies of a synchronized clip. I know that the top one is disabled, and so it should not play at all, but something went wrong and it is causing an interference (unless it is not, and you add some distortion effect to that clip).

Is there a specific reason for these two copies?

I'd make a snapshot of the project, to be safe; then I'd try selecting each the "HP_AROLL - Sync..."

and press Command-Option-DownArrow to overwrite the disabled version in the primary storyline.

Then try exporting just a short section including these clips, and see if the distortion still occurs.
