How can I turn off blue dots in my iPad Files app?

I just updated my Ipad air (5th gen) and I started getting blue dotted underlines in my files app whenever I handwrite abbreviations/non-english words. There isn't an ignore/add to dictionary function either so my only option is to change the abbreviations into random words or leave the blue underlines all over my notes which I find quite annoying! Is there anyway to turn these off?

I've got the same issue after updated my iPad too!!! It is so annoying! Hope someone would answer this !!

This appears to be a buggy update. Hope they will fix it by the next update! I agree that the blue dots are useless and annoying, with or without English words!
