I got these horizontal lines on my macbook after the MacOS 15 update. It seems to worsen progressively. It only occupied a small bit of the screen earlier. Now it occupies nearly 1/6th of the screen. It is of separate colours (Mainly green and blue) Any idea if this is a software bug (Like the idleassetsd bug) or if my hardware is defective?

It appears to be a hardware issue
