Hey all,
Trying to buy an iPad for a Christmas present - to me it looks like the same iPad but they have different EAN codes and one is £10 cheaper - can anyone advise?
They are both on Argos if that helps - 2022 iPad 10.9"

Having scoured the two web pages, other than the price difference, I don't see any difference in specification. Apple's own website doesn't list the EAN numbers used by the Argos retailer.
So as to avoid disappointment on Christmas Day, be aware that Apple now does not include a Power Adapter with iPad. The box will contain the iPad and a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. For the UK (and EU) markets, the recommended Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter is an additional purchase.
Be aware that Apple will be running its Black Friday event from 29th November to 2nd December - where you will see a small discount by way of an Apple Gift Card to redeem against a future purchase. This might be applied to purchase of a USB-C Power Adapter for the iPad - which, presumably, you will need to consider if purchasing an iPad.
Assuming that the iPads that you are comparing have the same technical specification (e.g. same internal storage, are both WiFi Only or both WiFi+Cellular), perhaps they differ by colour? Some models are less popular, and may have a greater markdown to shift surplus stock.
Be mindful of considering the lowest cost 64GB models - as, with very limited internal storage for Apps and saved data, these can become of source of frustration. A far better choice would be a 256GB model.

They are both silver and both WiFi only - the store rep for Argos advised they are the same item too strangely but said to ask apple for specification.
