CS2 error on Amazon app. Product videos won't load. How do I clear a mobile app's cache and force it to close/reboot on my ipad pro 2024?

How do I clear a 3rd party's mobile app's cache and force it to close/reboot on my ipad pro 2024? Getting a CS2 error on Amazon. Amazon mobile app can't load product videos on my iPad but works on my iphone. Amazon says it is an Apple glitch. Did everything Amazon Customer Service suggested. Cleared browser cache and data, history. Reinstalled Amazon app. Restarted ipad of course. Nothing has worked. Even factory reset.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 18

Given your description, you have already tried all of the recommended steps to resolve a problem with the failing App.

If Amazon have been unable to help resolve the issue, your remaining option is to seek assistance directly from Apple Support - however, given that the issue is [presumably] with just a single third-party App, the Support Team may be limited in the help that can be offered.

You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
