Your computer was restarted because of a problem.

HELP!!! So this happened today for the first time. My screen went black, and I could not restart my laptop for hours. When it finally came on, the error below was on the screen. Should I be concerned?

A Kernel Panic is not normal and should never happen, but if your Mac is working properly now I would not be concerned.

Read If your Mac restarts and a message appears - Apple Support.

Should I be concerned?

Would it help?

It might never happen again, but anyone should be prepared for the possibility, however remote it may be, that one day you want to use your Mac and it simply doesn't work. No need for concern.

Your computer was restarted because of a problem.
