Mac Mini M2 Pro with LG 5k2k UltraWide now flickers on Sonoma OS.

After upgrading to Sonoma, my Mac Mini is having issues with the thunderbolt cable to my LG ultrawide monitor. It is black screen then flickers on for a split second. I have a workaround where If I connect the HDMI cord also to the same monitor then mirror the desktops and display the thunderbolt only, it works ok. I have booted safe mode, reinstalled OS, etc and still no luck.

Any suggestions? Is there logs I can pull?

See @den.thed’s post - you can get a cable, no adapter necessary.
