MacBook Pro connects to AirPods and wire keyboard but the mouse never shows up in Bluetooth/nearby devices eliminating a configuration error in bluetooth.
Bluetooth error is mouse-specific.
Have you tried turning off all bluetooth turned on devices within 30 feet? This includes other phones and computers. This may help the mouse become discoverable when its power is toggled.
