My Apple Watch won’t connect with my iPhone
it says I have to update my watch first but the update isn’t working as there is no progress at all on the update
I can’t access my watch
what do I do?

Try and restart the watch and the iPhone to see if the issues persist
If the watch is not already updating, you might also want to force restart it to see if the issues persist
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown until the screen turns black and the Apple logo reappears, then release both buttons. Your watch may take a few moments to restart.
