Macs on network do not show up under Locations in Finder

I added a third Mac to my network yesterday, running Sequoia 15.1.1. I want to share files between it and the the other Macs. If I go to Finder on the new computer, though, the other two computers do not show up under Locations. If I go to the other computers the new one does not show up under Locations on those. I have file sharing enabled on all three computers and Finder is configured to show items from Bonjour. How can I get the computers to find each other?

I think I figured things out. I'm used to working in Ventura, which shows the hosts under Locations. The new computer is running Sequoia, and the two other Macs are under the Network group under Locations. That works for me. And yes, Ventura also has a Network group, but I wasn't used to using it since I saw the hosts under Locations as well.

The Network shortcut in the Sidebar should show them, but I see my file sharing Macs listed directly under Locations.

As I mentioned in the original post, I have Finder configured to include Bonjour computers. Is there anything else I need to check?

I don’t know I thought it was network servers, but I’m on my iPhone and can’t check what the actual settings are on a Mac

are you running any sort of VPN network, security or firewall that might be blocking the advertising service?

Hmmm, I'm stumped then. I can survive going into the Network group, so I guess I'll do that for now.
