Restoring backup affected by Mobile Device Management on iPad.

In the later half of August 2024, there was a security breach in the servers of the mobile device management service that my school was using, causing the mobile device management app on my iPad to become disabled - such that all of the functions the app had to manage my iPad from my end has been removed.

I was requested to backup my iPad to iCloud via wifi later, as it was the only way to back it up. After doing factory reset on the iPad, I tried to use the backup that was saved in icloud but after some of the contents have loaded, the screen froze and a message stating "mobile device management app not available" popped up. There was nothing else on the screen to interact with, so I had to attempt Another factory reset. After this second reset I set up the iPad as a new iPad and did not face the same problem. I did another reset to make sure the backup was the issue and sure enough, the same message popped up again. Therefore, I conclude that the backup is causing this issue.

There are important documents in that backup that I need to recover, so is there a way to fix this backup or recover the files (all file formats) from this backup
