Media and Purchases

I noticed that Media and Purchases in my iPad Settings has Set Up next to it. I tapped it it asked me if this was my account. Yeah it is. I hit Continue. A splash screen pops up with an Apple logo, really fast I can’t even get a screenshot of it. Then it resets to Set Up.

How do I get this to work? Am I doing something wrong?

That field allows you to enter a different account if you wish to. I have never used tit but I presume it shouldn't juRefer to this page for Apple Support features ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
