How to turn off Apple Watch notifications during sleep?

I have had issues with notifications happening during sleep mode. First it was Stand notifications from the Activity app. Why should I receive notifications to stand in the middle of the night when I am sleeping? I turned off the Activity app notifications to resolve that issue. Last night the weather app woke me up at 3:20am just to tell me about a "light rain". The only time I would want the weather app to wake me up is if a tornado is coming. That is not likely where I live. I have now turned off that notification. What else do I need to turn off to have uninterupted sleep? My husband gave me the watch to help track my sleep because I have been having trouble sleeping. I do not need the watch to be a cause of my sleep problems. Please fix the notifications to be more logical.

Yes, the sleep focus is set to activate on a schedule. I have not selected any apps to allow notifications in the sleep focus. I have only allowed key family members who should be able to contact me at all hours in case of emergency. The weather app is supposed to allow critical alerts even if a focus is on, but "gentle rain" is not a critical alert. That Activity app does not seem to be stopped by sleep focus or do not desturb. I have turned off notifications in that app. Thank you for the feedback form link. I will use it.
