Transferring considerable text and photos from Messanger to …..?

We have a large 5 year diary in photos and writing which was shared daily with others on Messenger. Now we’d like to bring all the text and photos together into one easy to access document. Notes was mentioned as a possible app, but the contents is very large. Is there a more suitable platform on an ipad for this?
