Unable to agree to Terms and Conditions
I am trying to reset my MacBook user login. In the recovery assistant I and being asked to agree to new terms and conditions but the agree button is disabled. How do I proceed?

Hey! Not sure if you still need help with this, but for anyone who is reading this - click on the back button and then sign out of your Apple ID. Skip signing in, and then just sign in once the setup process is completed!
Hope this helps - I just had to do this with my MacBook as well.
Look for a scrollbar, or invisible scrollbar. Sometimes you have to select some of the text and then use the down arrow on the keyboard to navigate depending on what is activated. Once you scroll down to the end of the terms and conditions, the accept button should highlight.
