I can not print from pages to my envy all in printer. I can print from other apps. HP says I am out of paper.I am not out of paper
This problem starts today. Yesterday and other days I did not have a problem. I have tried quitting the app. I have rebooted the printer and I have restart my MacBook air. I do not believe this is an HP problem.

Ok, thanks for the additional information.
It appears that this issue is limited to the Apple Pages app on your Mac. I'm not aware of any compatibility issues with this particular app and your Epson printer, so some more general troubleshooting steps maybe all that is required.
Is this printer AirPrint capable? If it is, then we don't need to concern ourselves with printer drivers at all.
I'm assuming that both your laptop and this printer are connected to the same local Wi-Fi network ... correct? I'm also assuming that you are not actively using a VPN or third-party software firewalls, like Little Snitch, on your Mac ... correct?
Which exact model is your MacBook Air and what version of macOS is it running?
