What one has now done is to have Pre-Determined that the is Malware installed on this computer

The evidence presented, this far, it a Scam attempting to influence the User ( you ) to Download potential Malware

To affect such actions who Require the User ( you ) to download the malware

Then for the User ( you ) to Give the Malware Permission to Install

That would Require the User ( you ) to give Expressed Consent by Inputing the Computer Password

If that has been done, then that is not on Apple per se but rather, elsewhere, full stop

This is what I am getting using Sequoia 15.1 with Safari Version 18.1 (20619.2.8.11.10)

This speaks volumes the me - Not to Be Trusted at all
