my console log have several of this repor syslogd[337]: ASL Sender Statistics. did my have is hacked, please help me

As was said, this is a completely normal message. Specifically, ASL Sender Statistics is a periodic process triggered to generate statistics for developers to help analyze and if necessary troubleshoot their apps. I see exactly the same thing on my brand-new M4 Mac mini and I'll guarantee you that it's not been hacked and has nothing wrong with it.

Trying to decode and understand the reports shown in various Console reports is largely completely useless for we average users and tends to just generate panic when someone sees a repeating message like this. Console information is generally only helpful for app developers and Apple engineers.

You are worried about nothing. Just ignore it. If something is going amiss with your Mac, post the details and we can help you determine the real cause.

Don't even bother looking at the system logs as @varjak paw mentions. The logs contain a lot of scary sounding item which can often be very misleading. Even people with tech backgrounds stay away from the macOS system logs these days because they are absolutely worthless for troubleshooting. The only still slightly useful logs are the Kernel Panic logs, but even these are slowly becoming nearly impossible to decipher these days.

In fact the actual System Logs now hardly have anything in them other than what you have already posted. Years ago that same log held lots of actually somewhat useful information for troubleshooting purposes, but those days are long gone. Even Apple isn't using them anymore.
