I'm having this or a similar problem too. For example, click on an album in "Recently Added" or "Albums" to view the tracks in the album. Then select the first track in the album and do "Get Info". Prior to Sequoia, the previous track button in the lower left button of the "Get Info" window would be greyed out. Now it is clickable and if you click it will take you to a track in some other album. Likewise if you are on the last track in an album clicking the next track button will take you to a track in some other.
The track you go to in these cases are not necessarily in adjacent albums in the "Recently Added" or "Albums" views. At first I thought it they were random tracks, but as I paid more attention to the changing information window, I noticed that it seemed to go to a track with the same composer in some other album. This will happen with tracks within an album so that you might skip over some tracks in the album it the are not the same composer as the first track you selected.
To me it seems that if you open "Get Info" on a track within an album, instead of getting the expected behavior of the "Get Info" window having access to a list of just the tracks in that album, it's getting a list of tracks sorted by composer, and not necessarily just that composer.
Thanks - David
Probably the reason I noticed this was that I was trying to add "Sort As" information for the composers in a newly added album
