Accidentally transferred data to cloud and need it back to my iPhone because don’t need to set up new phone. How do I get it back

Any data that you sync is at iCloud.com. You can turn off sync in settings > Apple Account > iCloud

What data specifically, photos, or other?

And have you read iCloud information about uploading and downloading?
