How to connect ChatGPT account to Apple Intelligence (Apple's website says you can)?

Apple's webpage on Apple Intelligence states: "ChatGPT subscribers can connect accounts to access paid features within these experiences" (screenshot below). Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
