MY computer is crashed and I want to log out of some licenced pro

My Macbook has crashed. I want to log in one time to log out of two licensed software

1) Number Shark 2) Word Shark

The company wants me to pay 375 pounds again or log out of the old device.

Please help

If your MacBook does not boot, then you can't remove those apps. It's as simple as that.

Contact the customer support for those programs and explain to them that logging out will not be possible.

If they refuse to assist in some way then I would find other software to use for those tasks.


Have you taken the MacBook to Apple or an Apple service provider for repair estimation?
