Restore Deleted Notes in iPhone
Can you restore notes on an iPhone ? I was trying to delete the notes in iCloud and it deleted all the notes on my phone. I checked iCloud on desktop and there are no deleted notes to recover.

iCloud is a syncing service. Once you deleted the notes from iCloud they were deleted permanently. On your iPhone when you delete a note, it at least goes to a Recently Deleted folder, where they hang out for 30 days and can be recovered. But deleting them from iCloud is immediate and permanent and there is no place to get them back from.
