Cannot accept "New iCloud Terms & Conditions" on iPhone SE 2016, iOS 15.8.3

Hello,

I'm trying to accept the new iCloud terms & conditions on my iPhone SE 2016, iOS 15.8.3, but once I click on "Continue" the loading symbol shows up for a while, until it disappears and nothing else happens. I cannot go back either. The screen is just frozen and I have to kill the settings app in order to use it.

I have tried a hard reset and signing out of my iCloud account. Nothing changed.

I tried signing in https://www.icloud.com in the hopes of getting a prompt to agree to these new terms there but nothing happened.

I do not have multiple iCloud accounts setup under my Mail settings.

I do have the latest iOS available for this specific phone.

I'd appreciate any help I can get (outside of being told to switch to a newer phone. I love my SE, it's an amazing phone that fits my lifestyle.)

Hallo, I checked this with Apple and the matter regarding iOS 15.8.3 on older iPhones is being looked into. A solution should be forthcoming soon.

@brbo: sorry, you are wrong! Here the problem is NOT an error message to not be able to accept nT&C but that you click on "continue" in that screen and nothing happens – till eternity ... You then only can quit the settings app (by double-clicking the front button and swishing the appropriate sub-screen up).

And it is untrue that these devices do not have the latest iOS. They have the latest iOS that is possible on these devices – it is 15.8.4 now.

And btw: on an iPhone 5 with iOS 10.4.3. you can accept the nT&C without any flaw! And they have an iOS even older.
