On my iPhone 14, I just upgraded to iOS 18. Now, if I try and use Siri to play music or play a podcast, it won't do it and Siri tells me: "To listen to Apple Podcasts (or Apple Music), you will need to accept the latest privacy agreement." However, I can't find a way to accept the privacy agreement anywhere on my phone or anywhere in the "settings" on my phone.

and is still happening in iOS 18.2.
More than this, if earlier it was needed to open the Music app and scroll&agree to the agreement there, this time there may even not be any new agreement in it. Just a splash screen "Welcome to Apple Music" telling about a couple of new features (such as the "New" tab name instead of "Browse", "Music Haptics", "More control over SharePlay").
ChannelSwimmer, open the Apple Music app, press the button on the splash screen, and ask Siri to "play Podcasts" again. If still no luck, reset the phone and open Music again.

Are you on iOS 18.0 or iOS 18.1. If you are not on iOS 18.1, then update your phone.
