I have an issue with iMessage and called Apple support.
The agent was very offensive, rude, and not knowledgeable nor helpful.
Is there a call center which is physically in the United States which I can contact? I am at my wits end and am about to completely abandon the Apple ecosystem due to the unacceptable behavior of their foreign based call center.

I lucked out and got a US based support person who was wonderful and she hit the nail on the head right away.
I would like to know how to only receive help from a US based person only. I believe that Apple should re-evaluate its foreign call center service standard because they will definitely be losing customers for providing customer disservice for "premium" products.
