When I went to my notes app as I have done since 2018, it showed zero notes and zero folders. What happened? Where are they?
On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
