Dell – Dell 27 Monitor - S2725DS
This is a 27" monitor with 2560x1440 pixel resolution. It doesn't have Retina PPI density (like a 27" 5K iiMac or 27" 5K Apple Studio Display), so the optimal resolution setting for it will be 2560x1440.
This is a low-end display. While it has basic color accuracy features (IPS panel, 99% coverage of sRGB), there is no mention of wide gamut coverage (Adobe RGB, DCI-P3), or ability to store calibration settings in hardware inside the monitor itself. (The latter feature is normally reserved for much more expensive monitors.)
If you have calibration equipment and software, any color profile adjustment would need to be done in software – on the Mac.

The Technical Specifications for the monitor say "Dell Display Manager Compatibility: Yes with Easy Arrange" – and there are Display Manager downloads, but only for Windows 10 and 11. Elsewhere on the Dell site, its says that Dell Display Manager for Mac has a new name. I do not know if the renamed software supports your monitor, or not.
