In need of a Trade in Kit because one was not send with new Macbook Pro

Last week I received my new M4 Max Macbook pro and I was hoping to trade in my old Macbook. I believe that I went through the process correctly and requested the trade-in kit. I entered the serial number and everything to get the value on my old Macbook. However, when the new Macbook arrived, there was no trade-in kit with it. Its now been close to a week since receiving my new Macbook and I have not received the kit in the mail. Is there a way to get the trade-in kit sent separately? From what I gathered from the page, the kit is the only way to trade in by mail, but I did not see a way to get it sent. Is that correct? Is there a way to check if I did request the trade-in kit correctly, and if I did not do that correctly, can I still get the kit sent? Thanks!

Apple (actually their trade-in partner) sends the trade-in return kit separately, not together with the new Mac. It'll probably arrive in another couple of days. If not, contact the Apple Store and tell them that the kit did not arrive. You may also be able to take your trade-in to an Apple Store, if you have one in your area. I know that's possible with iPhones and iPads, but I'm not sure about Macs.

Regards.
