MacMini M4 connected to 30" CinemaDisplay > Display is not switched off in standby mode

Hi there,

I have connected my 30" Apple Cinema Display via powered (HDMI to USB-C)-Adapter + (Club3D USB-C to DualLink-DVI) Adapter.

Everything works except the "switch off" the CinemaDisplay. In sleep-mode the display is normally switched off with M1 (Led on Display is visible). On M4 the display stays on with grey background. If I wake up the M4-Mini the display is shutdown for one-second (Led visible) and then it's instantly turned on.

Would be nice if apple fixes this. My currently workaround is switching off the cinema display manually. Not very handy. If you need a video of this behavior please let me know.

Thx!

If I switch to a direct USB-C connection via USB-C to the 30" cinema-display than the display is turned of in sleep-mode but I have to restart the machine via power-button every view wakes because it hangs and the display is not turned on. Perhaps the issue is related to keyboard and mouse connected to the 30" cinema-display and the USB-A power comes from a Anker USB Hub which is powered by a usb-c to usb-a adapter. The M1 still had USB-A so the connection was directly from m1 to the 30" and not via anker usb-hub.
