MacMini Shutting down

MacMini Shutting down

My MacMini is booting to the start screen then after a second two shuts down. I have removed all accessories and the problem still exits.

Thanks for the info. I live some distance from the nearest store and I was hoping to do some self digs first till I get time to go. As it happened I tried it several times with the same result but then it booted no problems reconnected all accessories and worked fine, probably only temporary though. will tell next time I switch it on.

IIWY, I would take the following precautionary steps asap:

manually copy important data files like PDFs, docx, xlsx and jpegs to external disk
if using Time Machine, stop, and don’t use it anymore to recover data if/when needed, and finally
To not continue flying on wings and prayers, reset your Mac to factory and setup afresh What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support.

You can use If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support however hcsitas is correct, you will likely will need to take it in for a repair so you ahead and book an appointment.
