Cannot claim artist profile for Apple Music.

I uploaded my song to Apple Music, and it went through. I am the main artist. However, I cannot claim my artist profile. Whenever I go to the website or the app and enter my artist URL, I get the "Apple Music for Artists is unavailable right now." error message. Any help?
