Hello, my matchbook display is having a weird color, I tried to connect to the TV using HDMI which did not work, after that the Mac screen display just changed weird, like there is an extra filter on the screen. I have switched all the color display in the display settings but its not working.
Kindly help, now I can't see my screen properly to color grade

Hi, ayemidotun- see if Night Shift is on… see if accessibility things are turned on … both in apple > system preferences..go again to system prefs> Display… see if you can do a monitor/display calibration… hdmi is Not hot swappable.. both source and tv/monitor Must be off before making/changing/breaking a connection… try starting up in “safe Mode” … shut down, reboot while holding down @shift” key on keyboard.. only release key when you see “safe mode” on screen…
