I use my notes app for a lot of things including medical things but all my notes just disappeared. After a couple days 57 notes came back but itâs still not all my notes especially my important ones. iâve waited days but itâs still at 57. I looked it up on apple support and followed all the steps but cannot get them back. I signed into my icloud and theyâre in my notes on icloud but not the actual app. what do i do to get them back?

Here are three different solutions. The firs two are almost a like.
Open the Settings app.
Tap on your name at the top (aka your Apple Account settings).
Tap on iCloud.
Tap on Notes.
Turn on "Sync this iPhone" (green = on). If it is already on, turn it off and on again.
In the Notes app, wait several minutes for your notes to be restored from iCloud.
Go to Settings and search for iCloudÂ
2) Select iCloud Apple ID (at the top of the list)
3) Under âApps using iCloudâ select Show All
4) Select Notes
5) Turn off âSync this Phoneâ and wait for a few seconds
6) Turn âSync this Phoneâ back on
iPhone, go to Settings >Â
[your name] > iCloud,Â
turn off Notes,Â
restart your iPhone andÂ
turn Notes back on.Â
Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
All my notes have disappeared?
