The Mac mini is unable to control the sound volume when connected to the AGON AG493UCX monitor's built-in speakers.

I recently bought a new Mac mini and connected it to my existing AGON AG493UCX monitor, which has built-in speakers. However, the Mac mini is unable to control the sound volume, and there is no specific driver available for Mac computers.

Do you mean “there is no sound” or you have no control over the volume?

You may need to see what appears in Sound : go Utilities, Audio and Midi. Do you see the monitor as an output?

If the issue is about controlling volume up and down (mean: it’s stays at 100% no matter what you do), you will need (if feasible) to change that control scheme. Or just use HDMI port of the mac, assuming the monitor has hdmi-in.
