eGPU not working as expected

Whenever I boot my 2018 Mac mini with a AMD RX 6800 into bootcamp, I get no picture. I can’t install drivers for the GPU because there is no video output. macOS works differently by whenever I boot into it, I have to unplug and replug my thunderbolt cable into the eGPU housing(Razer Core X). Why is this?

Sorry, I don't understand the question - if you are booting into Windows, why would you not install drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6800.html

Or why would the separate eGPU not have come with a driver installation disk or other setup instructions?

You are going to have to provide more useful details.

Sorry for not making my question clear.

I got the drivers for windows to work properly, but macOS is still janky.

If I boot into macOS, I get no video output until I log in “blindly”, and then disconnect the thunderbolt cable from the eGPU and plug it back in.

Is there any way to get a video output without disconnecting the eGPU and reconnecting it?
