text - delete and report as junk. Block the number.
emails - move to spam or mark as spam.
Sadly, this is all that can be done as far as I know. And it isn't enough. There needs to be a way either Apple or the carriers (without us having to pay a fee!) to weed this out. Constantly having to delete, report as junk, block is nothing more than a game of Whac-A-Mole. These outfits that spam us to death have rapid number changing as part of their model. So the "delete, report as junk, block" is actually pointless as it does not have a meaningful impact on the volume.
