App Preview Issue - Sequoia 15.1

Good morning,

I have just updated my Mac to Sequoia 15.1.

Today I have to work on an existing pdf file with multiple pages and, as always, I tried to delete one page. Instead of removing only that page, Preview deleted the whole file. If I try to do "command Z" to recover it, it doesn't allow me.

I checked other files and the issue persists.

I have restarted the computer but it didn't help.

I tried to look for ~/Library/Containers/Preview/Data/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Preview.plist but I can't find it.

I really don't know what to do.
