All the notes in the Notes app on my iPhone have disappeared. They remain on my iPad. Any ideas? I just installed the latest update. Thanks.

Did you look in the recently deleted folder? If the notes were accidentally deleted, they would be in that folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you emptied the permanently deleted folder or its been longer than 30 days, the notes will be gone permanently.
To see your recently deleted folder (if there is anything in the folder), open Notes, then tap Folders top left of the screen.
Sorry, but since you sync notes with iCloud, if they aren't in the Recently Deleted folder, there is no place to get them back from.
How long ago did the notes disappear? Do you share an Apple ID with anyone? Does anyone else have access to your phone?
All my notes disappeared and I don’t have any deleted folder, I have upload ios 17 recently, also when i log into icloud.com to see my account I can see my notes but only recently ones, please help me or I need to write to support of icloud
All of the Notes in iCloud can be easily synced to your iPhone by opening the Settings App. Tap your name at the top. Tap iCloud. Look for Notes and turn them on. What notes you have will sync to your iPhone.

I'm having the same problem -- notes have disappeared. I went to Settings, then iCloud, the switch was on for Notes. Does anyone have another suggestion?
all the possible solutions from people who replied did not work for me. is there other ways to recover my notes?
