I need help creating a booklet (winelist - a folded landscape A4) in Pages: I need to print my pages rectoverso, but I struggle with the order the content.... As the A4 needs to follow the structure of the book... thank you!!!

I noticed nobody has answered your request for help.
I have always been hazy about how to do this myself. It needs a capable printer and software which can do it.

Make a mock-up with paper. That will show the order of pages. I got as far as the cover.
Print double sided and experiment with long side/short side "binding".
