Synced iCloud Notes disappeared after update.
Lost all my notes on my iphone after iphone update today. Backed up in cloud. Have them on laptop. Why not syncing??

This happened to me as well. I was prompted to accept the new iCloud terms of service. When I did, it appeared as if I lost the connection to to the Notes that are stored in iCloud. I only see links to my email-based Notes, and not my iCloud-based ones. As the original poster noted, I can still access all of my notes on my laptop.
