Date and time stamp missing from photos

Hello,

Recently I’ve installed the latest update and we’ve encountered daylight savings time.

Tonight I was in my photo library (not Google, but same problem there) and I was forwarding some pictures to a friend. They kept asking when was this taken? I realized that I had date and time stamp on my end, but it was suddenly missing. I don’t know where it went, and I would like to restore it. Has anyone else experienced this issue.
