Is it possible to use Boot camp on MBP M4 series ?

to install MacOS and Windows-11

Boot Camp is only an option on Intel based Macs. It is not an option on M4 Macs or any other Macs with Apple silicon.

One option to consider is Parallels: https://www.parallels.com/
