Itunes says my phone is not connected and that i tunes helper is not running
apple devices app is stuck on this screen after I press trust on my phone
when Itunes recognizes my phone it says this.
iPhone 16, iOS 18

If you're trying or prefer to use iTunes, uninstall Apple Devices. You can't use both to sync to your iPhone, and if you have Apple Devices installed iTunes will not work for that purpose. If you have only iTunes installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. The same would apply to Apple Devices; if that's what you wish to use, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
