Other person can't hear me when I make calls from iPhone 13 after updating to iOS 18.1

I have an iPhone 13 and I updated to iOS 18.1 yesterday. When I receive or place calls, I can hear the person but they can’t hear me. I tried my phone, speakerphone, AirPods, and my car Bluetooth and nothing works. Voice memos work and FaceTime audio works. I’m only experiencing this issue with calls. I’ve restarted my phone several times and nothing works.

Make sure the Silent mode toggle is off and the volume slider for calls is turned up.

Clean the microphone:Gently clean the microphone opening at the bottom of your iPhone with a soft,dry brush or cloth. Dirt and debris can sometimes block the microphone,preventing your voice from being heard clearly

I also have the same issue, no sound in phone calls but in any other situation the audio works normaly..
