Podcasts not synchronizing to Apple Watch after 10.1

Ever since updating my iPhone to 18.1 and Apple Watch to 10.1, the podcasts on my iPhone will no longer synchronize to my Watch. The little progress circles will at first show how much they need to synchronize, but they don't progress. Then, they all switch to the spinning circles and nothing gets pushed over. Is anyone else having this issue?

Downloaded Podcasts No Longer Playing On Apple Watch Hi, I use my Apple Watch SE to listen to downloaded podcasts on my air pod pros. Haven't ever had an issue playing them until the most recent watch update. Now when I try to play a downloaded podcast: the episode will not play. I select it from the downloaded list, it opens for a fraction of a second (no sound), and then flips back to the list of available episodes. Note: If I play the downloaded podcast in range of my phone (from the downloaded podcasts on my iwatch) it plays no problem. So I'm guessing the issue is from when the phone is out of range...and that's when I need to listen to downloaded podcasts lol. If someone could please help I'd appreciate it. Thank you! Syncing podcasts between iPhone and Apple Watch I regularly listen to podcasts on my iPhone. I've recently bought a new Apple Watch and I'm struggling to get the podcasts to sync on my podcast app. This is a regular thing across my other devices, but it is pretty frustrating with the Watch as one of the reasons I bought it was so I could listen to podcasts at the gym instead of taking my phone in with me. There are downloaded podcasts on the Watch which pre-date the purchase of the Watch...
